Remember yesterday, I mentioned the other HIT at the Super Bowl party.
Hubby made this and it was sooo good!!! Everybody was asking for this recipe too! :)

I was given a bunch of imitation crab meat and it has been sitting in the freezer.
He decided to make a crab dip.
We found a recipe on the internet, but he had to "enhance" it a bit, to make it more of his own. If Hubs was going to make it for our own family he would have made it a lot spicier.... but for a crowd that might not be big buffalo fans, he decided to tame it down. What's surprising is everyone loved our 2 buffalo dishes.

Spicy Buffalo Crab Dip
1/4 c. Buffalo Sauce (He used Frank's)
1 lb. of crab meat (or imitation)
1 - 8 oz. block of cream cheese
1/4 c. ranch dressing
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. spinach, chopped(He used frozen)
1/4 c. spinach, chopped(He used frozen)
1/2 c. cheddar or jack cheese, shredded
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Crackers
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except the crabmeat, until smooth. Fold in crabmeat.
If serving warm - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Place the mixture into the baking dish, and bake until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
May also be served cold.
Serve with crackers.
